We came here and won our first game ever at the state tournament. We're just tickled to death to have made it this far and with the way we played.

She only threw 63 pitches tonight. With so many five inning games, it's hard to get her innings.

That game didn't mean anything to us, other than it's just nice to get the win wherever you're at. Playing doubleheaders just gives you a chance to do some other things.
