We are the pension payout leaders in Namibia since 1999 and are currently managing a system, for the past six years, which has serviced pension users and beneficiaries all over the country.

This is going to be a very positive year for the UAG, and we are hoping to increase our presence in the property market as well as the industries that we current operate at the same time seeking further investment opportunities.

We want to redefine Windhoek into how it should look in the 21st Century by giving it a newer look. We also want to create a legacy for my father-in-law so that he can be remembered as one of the leaders in the liberation struggle and as a highly respected member of the business community.

A lot has to do with the fact we've been so involved. These past years, we've really become leaders in the greek community and put our face out there as leaders.

In the past a leader was a boss. Today's leaders must be partners with their people.... they no longer can lead solely based on positional power.
