The catfish is kind of like the bluegill. And they're the easiest fish to catch that has any size to it.

The idea is to get the fish a little bit energized, to get him moving. Nothing is 100 percent surefire, but it certainly has increased my catch rate on big (catfish). It has been an awesome tool.
