We are pretty proud that we were able to leverage a different set of influencers.

A year ago, it was clear that we had taken our eye off the ball with ISVs. Our mantra since then has been 'No ISV Left Behind,' and we have reached out to a large number of companies.

That will continue to be front and center for us.

This team has a whole lot more speed. We'll still have some pretty good pop, but we won't have very many big kids. We'll run a lot more.

We try to keep it pretty lively. For the last four or five years, we've been having a picnic out here. It gets bigger and better every year. We try and keep it as busy as we can and keep people getting to know one another.

The basic economic trends in India remain pretty compelling. Growth should still be in the 6 to 6.5 percent range. They've managed to keep inflation under control and you've had a private sector that has a history of detaching itself from some of the politics going on.
