We are not doing anything different than what we typically have done.

We have found the best way to control efficiency is by fine-tuning the boilers. Our custodians make sure they check the rooms when they clean and close the blinds to keep out the cold air and then open them when the sun comes up.

Our newer schools have thermostats in classrooms that teachers can control, but they don't go lower than 68 or higher than 70.
