Anyone annoyed by another member can report it instantly with a single click. The confidence of our members is key, so almost every day we kick people off or limit the ability of some people to contact others.

When others seek you, you are popular - if you connect to others, you could be pushy. We respect those whom people want to connect with and definitely do not encourage pushy people.

We need to avoid conflict of interest because the whole principle of the site is friends helping friends. We want to offer our members great deals on the services and products they really want.

People came in so compromised that it was hard to reverse their condition, ... We lost people that under normal conditions would not have died.
