We are more concerned with getting the kids who needed help, not so much with the ethnicity of the students.

At this point in the semester our students would have already been suspended outside of school 700 days.

We help them make a plan for the future.

It's very unimaginative. The idea sounds good: get help for the kids,

We could have kids that have graduated in here or kids from other schools, ... This will help teachers identify students.

These kids need a breakthrough. They are ready. We just need to help them get one. I think it will open the floodgates.
