We are going to re-create a 1940s theater underground where the cart pulls up to the movie marquee with lights and facade. You will go inside and watch clips of some of those movies.

People may be apprehensive about going underground, but it's not frightening. It's exciting. Once you get down there, you forget you are underground. It's like a big parking garage where the air is so fresh and clean.

You can't think of this as your usual museum. A lot of the exhibit is having people understand the big, open spaces that run underground.

We are just north of the Theater District, just east of the Galleria. We are only a few blocks from the lake from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

They'll do everything from light opera to musical theater.

It's kind of a nontraditional theater space, and it has enormous ambiance.
