We are getting better. The great thing is they work very hard. They work hard and it's great to see them get some results.

This came at a good time. We've had a tough first four games, that's for sure. We're young but we're getting better every day. Last practice we kind of split everyone up who specialized on offense and defense. Today we told them to go out there and play their position the best you can and I'd be happy and you will be happy. It worked. We played well and the outcome turned out pretty good. It was nice to see them communicating and working together much better.

Part time effort means part time results

[Aug. 25, 2005 |] It's difficult to work out how to be populist, ... without sacrificing some of the things that make your work interesting.

True innovation and disruption happens outside of the accepted playing field, outside of the court, outside of the battleground. Disrupruption breaches the field and changes the game.

The pain of the journey should challenge you to make change, the vision of what could be drives you forward.
