We are currently carrying out IPO work at the ministerial level. I believe we'll submit the IPO proposal to the government in April.

We are now working with the Federal Property Ministry, Finance Ministry, and the government apparatus. I think our proposals will be ready in April.

We are planning a public share offering in the near future, most likely on the Russian market.

We plan to offer a significant number of the shares to members of the public. Interest exists there. The shares will be sold this year and next.

I see 2006 as a year of integration and improvement of our network.

By 2010, we want to gain at least 10% market share in terms of assets and other key indicators.
