We are adding 5,000 to 10,000 rooms here in the next three to four years. Somebody has to fill these rooms.

People these days hate smoke.

These hotels are -- how should I say it -- 'more modest' in their amenities. These are not people who usually travel at someone else's expense and need to be pampered. The office areas in these rooms are not a whole lot different than what they normally use.

I expected more from them. At least for the next three or four years, they'll shut up. They can't say anything.

It was a hole in one contest and I had a three.

I can easily see Asian automakers grabbing another three or four percentage points next year. I can see them taking 50 percent of the market eventually without breaking a sweat.
