It's the small business. If they go out of business and we don't have work for people, we've compounded the problem instead of solving it.

Historically, people move west more than east. People go east only when invited. When opportunity knocks.
People go west when all bets are off: a reputation in ruins, a love gone wrong. When they need to save their sorry souls, folks head for the frontier.

As somebody from Wyoming, it's always good to get that guy back to the West to remember his roots, as it is for me, ... Obviously, the West is changing, but it still has the values we appreciate.
