We always seem to have a bad quarter and the third one was it. I was just thinking if we could weather the storm and keep a lead or at least be tied going into the fourth, we had a chance.

I have to give the girls credit, we've been on the road a lot and have had to rise above adversity with missed calls, bad bounces, and things that didn't go our way, and they've gotten used to it and fought through it.

This was crucial to get this win. We let one slip away when we were in Minot and we need this win to take the momentum into our next two West Region games.

We came in here thinking it was going to be a blowout.

Obviously you can't know what the administration is thinking. But we have raised the awareness on campus and have informed a lot of students about it. I guess my feeling is that if we can just raise the awareness among the student body and we can point that out to those making the decisions, then we're on the right path.

We've been so encouraged with the direction this school has taken — with the new reading teachers and forward thinking. To have this go on is so disappointing. We don't want to go backwards.
