We already see people with the spring bug. Many people try to complete their projects in the first couple of months (of the season) when it is cooler outside so they can enjoy the outdoors.

This product holds its color longer and dresses up the yard a bit.

The garden brings in folks with common interests and projects. You learn a lot with different people and different backgrounds enjoying their shared interest. The goal is for people to share the excitement of gardening.

But these are the kind of projects that are coming back on stream. It also means people are going to be spending money on projects that were more advanced or they're going to fast-track stuff that they've got on the books.

Very few people want their property condemned. They're not against schools. They're not against redevelopment projects. They just want it to be somewhere else.

There are benefits to having people living downtown, ... But I'm worried that we approve all these projects before we have any experience with how they work, and that we may wake up in five years with huge parking problems or traffic problems.
