We all use so many communications services, and the monthly bills can be pretty high. Anyone can do what I did and get the commissions from their own bills. If someone has to get paid those commissions it might as well be me.

Why pay someone else a commission on the services you use when that commission could be paid directly to you each and every month? It only makes sense. Just invite your friends and neighbors, co-workers, and everyone you meet to do the same thing. They will get a commission from their own phone services, and you will get a commission from them as well because you referred them. Everyone wins with this free business opportunity.

All communications services are sold and someone makes a monthly residual commission for as long as you use that service. Instead of paying a salesman to sign people up for their services, they give the members of the public the commission because they go to the web site and do all the work of signing up without involving a salesman.

The Northeast United States was the biggest hole in Bank of America's footprint, and this fills it. There are many more banks that want to move into the Northeast. It leaves other banks looking at their second and third choices.

The lower court must now confront the real merits of this case ... that there is no constitutional justification for prohibiting grass-roots lobbying about upcoming votes in Congress, just because we are in an election season.
