We all thought it was funny when Caitlin said her off-season training for softball (at Marist) involves a lot of swimming workouts.

We still need to strengthen ourselves in the sprints. We're pushing hard in those events this week in practice.

The divers have been tremendously consistent. I believe for the first time in a long time we're going to have four divers at the State Meet.
