We all have our limitations, but when we give in to our critics, we also have theirs.

We live in a society of {more, faster, and extra.} So we feel the need to respond {more, faster, and extra.} Such a useless exercise. So much joy can be found in slowing down.

Ask yourself: what is it, that if I believed it down to my core, would change everything?
