We actually haven't had any repost of people saying that they have had any problems with FEMA; everyone has been successful.

We have been communicating that with them since November. We are sure that most of our people have already made contact with FEMA to make sure that they are on list so that they can take over their own rent agreement.

They will keep paying, but they are trying to get everyone in transitional housing. For the city of Plano apartment assistance ends March 31, after that they can deal with FEMA directly, we are getting out of the middle.

We are comfortable that the majority of ours are taken care of.

We have not been keeping up with numbers from hotels; we have been concentrating more on our apartments. If there are, it might be just a few, but we want everyone in their apartment so that they can be more self-sufficient.

We're interviewing passengers and are not saying anything more until we're sure what happened.
