We actually got a lot of grief one year when we left out one of the Big Ten teams and took Miami (Ohio). That was the year Miami (Ohio) knocked off Arizona in the first round. So suddenly you feel vindicated.

The ballot did two things. One was to indicate teams that you thought ought to be considered - 1 to 100 or as many as you thought ought to be considered. Another was teams that you thought ought to be in the tournament, period.

Grief makes one hour ten

It's one thing to say to the teams we're going to upgrade it, ... It's another thing to actually have a bond that has been approved by the voters.

It's the one day of the year when everybody in the world can be a Texan and celebrate it. We have a unique state. We have a unique character.

Both teams made big plays. They just make one more than we did.
