Usually the wacky people have the breakthroughs. The 'smart' people don't.

Breakthroughs are what define our species. They come about because we are threatened.

As opposed to the first 44 years of manned spaceflight, ... the difference is people are going to know that it is for them.

I liked working with smart people.

I wasn't the smartest kid in town but I've always thought if you hang around with smart people some of it's bound to rub off.
