Using native plants are becoming more popular nowadays because of the growing awareness of the many qualities they bring to a garden. Native plants are more adapted to our climate, and have fewer problems with disease and insects.

One member of our society can cross plants and we will sell plants to raise funds and awareness.

Although the information that will come about from the [transition] report will not paint a rosy picture-in fact it will paint a very bleak picture-we have to move on and look at ways to address the pressing issues.
