Until we have a coach, until we have a plan for next year, I'm not going to make any commitments. I'm in no rush, not until we get things straightened out upstairs.

He's just really, really focused on turning this around. He has a plan, and it starts with finding a coach that shares his mind-set, someone who can help keep turmoil out of the locker room.

He won't be our coach next year. I'm not sure how all of that works out, the terminology of that. I just don't know. We hadn't spent a whole lot of time talking about that.

It's not for me, it's for years to come. This is a springboard for next year.

I'm fully expecting that we'll have a big surplus next year, ... and I'd like to see a plan for that now rather than waiting until that money comes in, then blowing it like a drunken lottery winner.

They're so much better this year than they were last year, it's not even close. Coach (Joe) Crawford always had a positive outlook. They are much improved.
