Ultimately, you don't want to hear it, but it does boil down to the bottom line. There is a demand here. The truth of the matter is, this is a highly, a very fast-growing community.

At this point, they would like to keep open the option of 24 hours. This could be an issue that could continue to be discussed at the city level.

We understand that the overwhelming majority of people at this meeting are opposed to us. But keep in mind the trade area: 60,000 people (currently), and 75,000 people in 2010.

If I was a lawyer in one of those states that have a similar procedure, you can bet I'd be formulating an attack based on Mr. Hill's case.

All areas beg deference to proper attire. Brief swimsuits and bikini tops are not acceptable attire in the gym. No slippers. No men's shirts that are so ripped up that they don't cover enough. No shorts with holes in the butt area. And please, no shorts with anything hanging out!

We haven't had the long queues we had before, but that may be in part because the procedure was simpler ... just two candidates.
