Typically we're more known in the corporate space and in the home office. But we believe that we have a lot of strength in areas to build on that allow us to be a brand name in the living room.

Downtown Portland has been absorbing office space for about two years now.

We are busting at the seams over here. We only have about 2,000 square feet of office space and no showroom. We have a little office to show the work that we have done to prospective clients. But that is it.

We felt it would be a better use for the facility, rather than using it for office space. It would be a good hands-on experience, having the children there. It's part of their cultural history.

They've been studying whether to use it as office space for Banner. They do have some concerns about the neighborhood to the south. It's ongoing.

We've got almost 1 million square feet of new office space under construction.
