Typically, there's about 20, 25 percent turnover every year. So, every three or four years with the exception of, as is the case with the Patriots and the quarterback, you have a roster turnover.

Our turnover rate as of May of this year was about 70 percent, which is about 30 percent below the industry standard. We have now gotten our turnover rate down to 40 percent and we feel pretty comfortable it is going to go lower.

Perhaps more typical is maybe three, four more stops before he settles in. That's the way it goes. You have to just wait for the right opportunity. Here, because of the opening, was a legitimate shot for him,

We've had a great case of ham and egg this year. When the goaltending has given up three or four we've scored the right number to win a game, and when we haven't been able to score too much our goaltenders have kept them down to one or two.

There's a handful of teams that have a revolving door, that are changing coaches every couple of years, and you can look at the success that they're having. They're not.

If that's the case, why did it take seven years? It would have been three years or four years into it that they found out what we're doing offensively and defensively. I think that has more to do with our play. You have to put two and two together.
