Trevor is growing in confidence with every game and hopefully he will have a big season for us,

Andy has made a decent start for us over the first four games but I need him to have a whole season at it, get into double figures and work hard for the team,

If my results are not good I will lose my job.

I would like to bring two or three new players in before the deadline but if we don't, we will look at the next deadline and then the one after that,

If we go out there and do our level best in every game, then I will take my chances that the results will be more good than bad.

He's keen to show what he can do, he's done enough to suggest it will be well worth having a look at him,
