Trees and debris and rooftops in trees into houses. We've been removing debris out of the road. Now we're in the recovery stages at this time.

cultural, yes, but a lot of it comes from the very deeply ingrained belief system here. And it's that belief system that motivates people to respond this way.

Zoning has become a bad word again, but (justices of the peace) need to realize that they've been spending a lot of time this past year taking on all these small component problems with development instead of seeking a big-picture solution.

The sky just exploded. It was debris everywhere. When it went across the road and it hit all the houses over there ... it was something you can't explain.

It's literally in our back yard. The other houses on the other side of the road may not have a problem because it's not in their back yard.
