Traditionally, it's been families and a large senior citizen population, but with more people trying to find a place in the Bay Area, the demographics are beginning to change.

But we're getting closer and closer to getting a building.

The case is about people trying to mislead our client population to commercial Web sites that they can't afford. Many of our clients, certainly not all of them, are particularly vulnerable to being misled and being subjected to scams.

This was not something that was expected. We never imagined we'd be working with this population.

I don't think the general population is out there trying to speed. I think it's just incidents throughout the trip that create the need for speeding.

The needs of ninth graders are different from those of sophomores, juniors and seniors that is exclusive to their population. The other students already have their feet wet and are familiar with high school life.
