Today is a day of pain and mourning and solidarity with the families who lost loved ones.

It is good to evoke what happened, and to conjure up what might, happen again. Those who come together today meet as allies within the European Union and the Atlantic Alliance. Wars are always lost and everyone loses them.

Let them curse it that curse the day, who are ready to raise up their mourning.
