Body. Love your body whatever the weighing scale is telling you. It has a feeling on its own, it produces more stress hormones once it feels it's unwanted; and it releases more healing hormones when it feels loved.

The human body is the tabernacle of the spirit, and God expects that it be kept clean and unimpaired.

Today, I will smile and tell a kid that God loves all children regardless of their skin colors ... ٩(-̮̮̃-̃)۶
