Today, I will remember that every form of life here on earth is born out of labor and pain. Pain is life's way of shouting: 'I am ALIVE!'

Relationships that last are those that have a lot to tell and a lot to remember. They have love in capsules: preserved, fresh and alive.

Let's demonstrate our love in action while they are still alive, not through flowers and loud lamentation after they're gone.

Only those who went under the sea really know the sea. Only those who went to too much pain, really know pain. But only those who got out of too much pain and swam back to life become real healers.

Growth entails pain; be it physical or relational. When it pains, it demands attention, ganon rin sa relationships. So, when there's discomfort, it's something good, meaning there's an impending growth. Welcome it.

Today, I will go out to watch the clouds change shapes, just like when I was a kid who always marveled at everything.
