all the events of history are loosely stitched upon the endless loom of eternity. Secretly, we are each tied to the divine.

The position of the palms together- this we use when we pray, do we not? That is a greeting that says that the god that is in you recognises the god in the other. These people are aware of the divine presence in all things.

Never, oh! never, nothing will die;
The stream flows,
The wind blows,
The cloud fleets,
The heart beats,
Nothing will die.

Only the spoon knows what is stirring in the pot.
