To me, the choir is my service to the Lord and fellow man, ... and you can't put a price tag on that.

No time is better spent than that spent in the service of your fellow man.

In my opinion, the GP service is the worst part of the NHS. At the moment they don't have the motivation to provide a very good service unless they happen to be very nice, very motivated people.
