To me, the building is almost. It's almost unusable. We're probably going to have to go back and rebuild.

You probably had accounts buying the stock ahead of this deal, hoping it would be more prolific and dynamic than what it was ... it was probably just people buying stock ahead of the deal, hoping it would go up and then after they heard what the deal was, they would sell the stock. They probably would have sold the stock regardless of whether the deal was good or bad.

I will definitely be interested if they're available at a price that makes sense. I will be a bidder, and I will figure out how to run them and take the pre-emption. I have room to do things like that.

It will be interesting to see.

I probably have had to articulate this for our staff more than for almost any other show we've ever done. I think basically because Our Town has been so clearly the property of high schools and other well-meaning bodies of folks who want to make a patriotic statement.
