To me, that's the most aggravating. Those are the people who shouldn't be coaching.

Don't give up. That's the worst thing you can do.

Everybody thinks [all] coaches know what they are doing. They don't. Think about how many sports are out there, think of how many volunteer coaches you have out there. They aren't all qualified.

There are lots of people who have insurance through their employers, and they inadvertently sign up for these plans. Then, they lose their employers' insurance.

They're reaching people we can't. We have no problem with that. They're only getting a good message out.
