To give money towards a good cause is not under our control. You can have the intent (of giving), but you may not be able to give; and you will get the result of that intent in the next life .

If the new charging is going on [for next life by wrong belief that 'This is mine'], while [past life created] karma is being discharged in this life, then there is 'inner turmoil', but if there is only discharge [in this life and charging is stopped]; there is inner peace.

If the outside [our outside circumstances] has become spoilt so be it, don’t let the inside [our inner intent] spoil. If you don’t have the money to pay off your debt, keep the intent pure within that you want to pay it off. Because you did not let the inner intent spoil, the time to pay off the debt will come.

What is saiyam parinaam? It is when the Self (Atma) does not become one in with the non-Self (pudgal); It continues to prevail separately. If the Self is allowed to become one [with the non-Self], then that becomes a violent intent (himsak bhaav).

The one with form (sakaar; self) will have to be made formless (nirakaar, Self). The Self is formless. However, opinions about it, reflects the formed state. To have a formed state for that, which is formless, is a contradiction in itself. In order to get rid of the contradiction, one will have to come into the formless intent. ‘We’ (the Gnani) see the formless as formless and we remain in the intent of the formless. To project a shape or form for the Self that is formless is tantamount to chopping off the Self. What a grave mistake is committed!

If you become angry with someone today, it is a discharge kashaya (karma effect of anger-pride-deceit-greed). But in that [discharge karma] your intent is for it, which “charges” a [new] karmic seed.
