Through very, very tough times, the guy's been nothing but first class, in my estimation. I really respect him. He's become a very, very close friend, and I can't say enough about the guy. He's been good for the Port Huron Flags.

They did that to Windsor, too -- that just shows the class they have. You don't have to respect them for that.

When you are credible and you've done it, and been in certain situations, players are going to respect you, ... I know what they are thinking, so it is not hard to relate. I don't talk much, and never have, but whenever I make a point or something, it gets their attention.

This is probably the biggest game we've had since we won Class B in 1999. This is the first time we have been in this position. I'm proud of us, I really am. I thought we gave them all they could handle. I thought Nobles had to play right until the end.
