Those temperature differences create more mist flow and a higher plume.

I started wondering why the plume rose to different heights on different days.

You create the flow, you are a leader, you go with the flow, you are a follower, if you are up against the flow, you are on your own.

It came down as a mist.

But you can see a mist all over the place.

This is a very big concern because this is right in the middle of the (contamination) plume.
