This year's report show progress for some stocks, but also signals we have our work cut out for us. We really have a plan of where we're going.

We are a work in progress,

This is a big picture project. It is a work in progress. We're not spending big money now. This is something we need to do.

Sure, these families would like us to make [adequate yearly progress]. But let's be realistic. They're looking at their children, ... But on the other side of it, they do want their kids coming from good schools.

Although we're making progress, we've clearly got more work ahead of us to improve baggage performance for our customers. We are committed to moving into the top-tier of this category in 2006.

Among all the destruction and loss from Hurricane Katrina, this dolphin rescue is a bit of good news. It is a wonderful example of partners coming together to bring the dolphins to safety. This rescue effort is a success story for all the partners involved and for the public who have taken such an interest in the plight of these dolphins.
