This was the Lazarus campaign. In January, we were dead and in the tomb.

Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead.

Then Jesus six days before the passover came to Bethany, where Lazarus was, which had been dead, whom he raised from the dead.

And so sepúlchred in such pomp dost lie,
That kings for such a tomb would wish to die.

Certainly the game is rigged. Don't let that stop you; if you don't bet you can't win.
