This was an incredibly horrible tragedy. A tragedy for the Swift family and a tragedy for the Morgan family. No one knows that better (than Morgan) ... that's why he came forward.

When the facts come out (in court) it will be very clear why things happened when they happened. The context of this case within court will answer all ... questions.

As you know, Mr. Morgan pleaded not guilty. He is presumed innocent in our system of justice.

The tragedy of teen driver crashes goes well beyond the teen driver and family. These crashes also kill pedestrians and people in other vehicles -- that's somebody's mother, child, brother, or grandmother.
