The Ashcroft Department of Justice can no longer threaten Planned Parenthood doctors with the daunting specter of criminal prosecution for putting their patients first.

Thankfully, the court understood the immediacy of this situation and temporarily stopped this law from taking effect.

We have found that for some women they just regard this as an excellent option, and this is what they would choose and what they would recommend to others. For other women, it's not.
