This time, the planners and architects are being encouraged to share their concepts in their own distinctive voice and style, to explore a range of ideas, and above all else, to inspire the public.

Ultimately, of course, it is the market that will determine if, when, and what gets built on the site.

We have not considered all the possibilities yet, nor have we discovered all the answers, but we're committed to seeking them out with the help of the public.
