This team has just as much ability as last year's. What this team has is depth. Our top two - Ben Gillen and Joe Hoskins - didn't play their best today, but Jon picked them up. That's nice to have this time of year.

Ben (Gillen) and Joe (Hoskins) kind of had off days. But it was nice to see Jon pick us up. He's been playing pretty well of late.

We shot a really good team score of 148. I thought all of our guys played well. Five out of our six guys were in the 30s. It's the consistency that we need and it's nice to have the depth that we have.

The seat is obvious: Replace the log (Michael) Hatton in Blaxland. A Bankstown boy with ability, we have always done well out of those. In fact John regards him as a future party leader ? a huge wrap.
