This seems to be a pretty efficient way to use space in the building.

Folks recognize this is a bad situation and that's exactly what it is. But we'd rather do this than make a series of changes now and have to do it all over again in a few years.

Anything is possible, it's just a matter of what you want to do to get there.

We went back over our program space to see where we could cut, ... It was pretty bone dry the way it was and didn't have any frills. But cutting the staff shower and locker rooms will save us 694 square feet.
