This provision just goes too far. On its face it seems like a worthy concept, but when you look deeper you see major constitutional and equal protection problems.

It goes much deeper than that.

It seems on its face . . . that this was unnecessary, unprovoked and excessively violent.

I get so many doubles, ... that when I get singled, it seems like its so rare, it's like I can't believe it, and I don't take advantage of it.

Costly hurdles like this obstructing delivery of these [public] services will mean the public will foot the bill. Everyone wants to protect property rights, but no one wants to pay more for electricity, gas, and water or see an improving road system take a turn for the worse.

One never goes so far as when one doesn't know where one is going
