This overall process could be accomplished within the next 12 months. Some of the tasks can be accomplished in-house and the entire process can proceed together.

The focus appears to be on overall quality of life rather than numbers. There is a need to redefine our expectations and perhaps begin raising the bar.

We are poised to grow onto the Rathdrum Prairie and need to analyze the necessary planning steps that will facilitate and manage this growth. The decisions made today will affect the citizens of tomorrow.

It takes many, many weeks, months. I think we'll see a lot more recovery within the next few months, two to three months.

I believe it should be within 12 months or more, 24 months, something like that.

These are going to be available in the next two months.
