This new place is great timing for us. We'd been thinking about opening something else, but this just kind of happened.

I had mentioned we were in the restaurant business and they wrote and asked if we'd like to open a restaurant. They had just had two spots open up. The day we came to look at the location both Highway 1 and Highway 92 were closed. My brother, who was coming to look at the building, told us we were nuts.

I have some major issues with factory farming and the sense of hiearchy humankind feels, especially in the US, about where we fit into the contructs of 'nature,' but ultimately I chose to live this way because it makes me feel mentally, physically and spiritually better than I ever did before.

It's huge. It does a lot for us, but really, we didn't go into the Green Bay game thinking we didn't have a chance. We came to get a W. It just feels really good to sit back and enjoy.

Most of us over this last spring break were thinking, if we have to wait three more weeks, we'll all be crazy.
