This meet was kind of like of a workout meet. A meet to help prepare us for next week.

I took a week off last weekend. This weekend I need to make sure I'm back in race shape and back to my most competitive level.

It's a high quality meet, and a good opportunity to get times in.

We will definitely step up next week, the competition will be much better next week.

My legs were really tight today, so I didn't run all my events. I saw what I can improve, and I need to work on my start in the 60.

We just really wanted to help both of them. They're two really good organizations,
