What we take out today takes 30 to 100 years to replace back into the aquifer. You can use 10,000 to 20,000 gallons (of water) on even a small lot. Micro-irrigation uses about a 10th of that.

You use a lot less water because you are actually getting water right to the root system. Plants don't absorb water through the leaves. Wet leaves are more vulnerable to bacterial and fungal diseases and insects.

There are surveys that say a nicely planted and maintained landscape adds 10 (percent) to 20 percent to the value of a home.

Each head can be turned down or up to provide anywhere from 1/2 (gallon) to 10 gallons per hour.
